Telecom equipment installation is a delicate skill. At a time when both ILEC and CLEC service interruptions are at an all time high, there is an increased need for trained, responsible and skilled technicians that pay attention to detail. ISC recognizes this need and is committed to providing its installation technicians with the training and direction necessary to ensure the serviceability of clients' networks as well as the safety of themselves and our client's employees.

Impact Solutions is cognizant of the fact that we are often hired as the subject matter expert (SME) and as such we are responsible to follow the most current installation quality standards. ISC technicians are trained and have access to the latest client-required quality standards documentation (i.e., Telcordia, TP76300MP, etc.). Another key component of our installation services are internal processes that allow for the ongoing monitoring of our technicians' quality.
